This is an in-person, fun, community-building, adults-only event on Saturday, March 2 from 6-9:30 p.m. at National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (826 N Taylor St.). Book a babysitter and get your ticket today!

How can I prepare for the auction?

View the catalog. All of the silent auction bidding will be done in person on bid sheets, so during the auction, you will walk around and add your bid number to the items you'd like to have. Get your bid number by purchasing a ticket today. We’ll also have all tangible items on display for you to view in person. To ensure you are successful in your bidding at the event, we recommend that you check back on your items and bid again and often!

What if I can’t make it to the event? Can I still bid?

The event is in person, but if you can't make it, you can ask a friend to bid for you (you'll need to get a bid number via the signup link) or you can make a direct donation to the PTA or our Families in Need Fund.  

What are the proceeds from the auction used for?

The auction is the PTA’s primary fundraiser and raises money critical to funding the Long Branch PTA budget annually. All of the profit from the auction goes directly back to our students and teachers. Funds raised go directly to our budget to fund stipends for out-of-pocket teacher school supplies, staff and teacher appreciation events, community building events, a school grant program and field trips for all classes among others. Your contribution will have an immediate impact.
